Sid is a Blackwater local with a trade background in auto electrical technology and heavy diesel work, and years spent on mine sites and around heavy plant. He started S & P Robinson Heavy Diesel in 2023 to give local contractors, quarries and station owners a mechanic who turns up when he says he will, finds the actual fault and writes down what he did.

Mechanical and electrical in one person means no waiting for the "other bloke". A snapped belt, a starter that clicks, a sensor that only plays up at operating temperature: same visit, same person, sorted.
