Breakdowns and repairs done where the machine sits: on the mine site, in the quarry, on the road, in the paddock. The service ute carries diagnostic gear, tools, common parts and consumables, so most jobs are finished on the first visit.

Do you come to the machine or does it come to you?
We come to you. The service ute is set up for field work with diagnostic gear, tools and common parts, so most repairs and every service can be done on site, in the quarry or on the road. Workshop jobs can be arranged for bigger teardowns.
What do you charge for a call-out?
Labour is by the hour with a minimum call-out, plus travel outside the Blackwater area and parts at cost plus a margin. Ring with the machine and the fault and you will get a straight estimate before we leave the yard.
What brands and machines do you work on?
Most makes of heavy plant, trucks and generators: Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Kenworth, Scania, Isuzu, Hino, Cummins, Perkins, Deutz and more. If it runs on diesel and has wiring, it is our kind of job.
Can you work on mine sites?
Yes. Coal mining industry generic induction units, confined space, heights, first aid and an emergency response and rescue certificate are all in place, and site paperwork (SWMS, JSAs, permits) is handled before arrival.
Do you do scheduled servicing for a fleet?
Yes. Fleet and plant maintenance programs are built around your hours and season, with service records and a monthly summary so downtime is planned rather than forced.
